Hervé Rubiella

Hervé began his career in 1992 at the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers), in the financial information and operations department.
In 1994, he joined HSBC, where he held several positions, first in the trading teams, then as Risk Manager and finally as Head of the Trading Room in Milan.
In 2000, he joined Natexis Banques Populaires as Head of Capital Markets in Italy until 2003, when he was appointed Global Head of Sales within Fixed Income, Commodities & Treasury.
In 2013, he was appointed Global Head of Portfolio Management at Natixis and became a board member of the IACPM (International Association of Credit Portfolio Managers).
In 2016, he became Global Head of Financial Institutions and Public Sector Coverage at Natixis Wholesale Banking.
Since 2021, he has been co-founder of French fintech Fx Care and visiting professor at ESCP and Paris IX-Dauphine.
Hervé holds a DEA in finance from Université Paris IX Dauphine and an Executive Master in International Wealth Management from ESCP Europe.
Nicolas Bernachez

Nicolas has over two decades of experience in the foreign exchange markets.
He began his career in 1999 with the HSBC Group, in the Global Market division.
In 2003, he joined Natixis, where he held several positions in the trading room as a derivatives specialist. In 2007, he was appointed Head of Fx & Gold Sales at FIG Europe, developing the franchise for FX investor clients (asset managers, central bankers, private equity funds).
Since 2015, he has focused his multi-dimensional Fx expertise and launched the Fx European Insurance practice within the Global Market Division to strengthen Fx advice and capabilities for high-end financial investors across geographies in 2018.
Since 2020, he has been Senior FX Advisor for Hong Kong-based Systematic Edge Investment & Currency Management Solutions.
In 2021, he co-founded French fintech Fx Care and is a visiting professor at ESCP.
Nicolas holds a master's degree in international banking, finance and commodities trading from Bordeaux Montesquieu University.
Noa Fleury
Tech & IT development
Noa, a graduate of CYTech (formerly EISTI), consolidated her skills in mathematics, IT and finance during her academic career.
After a first-year internship focused on developing the dashboard interface for an autonomous car at Valeo, she devoted her second year to an in-depth specialization in mathematics and computer science.
Her interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning led her to take dedicated courses during an exchange semester at CSUN (California State University Northridge).
On her return to France, she decided to focus on the AI option for her final year at CYTech.
Noa chose to start her career at Fx Care, where she contributed to the design and implementation of THE Fx LAB platform during her final year internship.
On the strength of this experience, she decided to continue her career with the company as an employee.
Frédéric Dalibard
Technical Advisor / Acting as CTO
Global Head of Blockchain, Groupe BPCE
Frédéric Dalibard is a member of the Fx Care Advisory Board. As Technical Advisor, he acts as CTO for Fx Care
Frédéric is currently Global Head of Blockchain for Groupe BPCE. Since 2015, Frédéric has held various positions related to innovation and Blockchain, first within Natixis' Corporate & Investment Banking business line and then cross-functionally at Natixis.
He took up his current position with Groupe BPCE parent company in March 2022.
Frédéric has represented Natixis on the board of startup R3 since 2017, a board he chaired from 2018 to 2020.
He also has been representing Natixis on the board of startup Komgo from 2018 unitl 2022.
He holds and has held various advisory and strategic advisory mandates for startups.
He began his career in 1998 as a consultant with Arthur Andersen Management in Paris. He then became an internal auditor at Dexia Crédit Local before joining CDC IXIS (now Natixis) in 2002 as an internal auditor.
He then held various positions at Natixis, notably in the front office and in quantitative analysis, first in New York from 2004 to 2009, then in Paris, in the structured credit and financing divisions.
Frédéric is a graduate of the École Supérieure d'Électricité (Supélec - now CentraleSupélec) and holds a degree in electrical engineering.
